Weekly Workout Rewind - 7/15/2007
I fit in 3 weightlifting sessions, 3 cardio sessions, and I mowed the lawn once. Compared to the two previous weeks, my weightlifting sessions have increased from 2 to 3. I am slowly getting back to my normal routine.
